I have sold a piece of jewelry to almost every state in the USA. I am so thrilled and made me more encourage to sell and reach out more to the other parts of the world. Spent my New Year's Day with my family today at Josh's place. It was Josh's birthday and it is always wonderful to spend time with your family. Huey (the cutie above) is a new addition to the Kwahs this year. And he has found a new best friend in my dad! It's truly amazing how good my dad is with Huey. We never really had a pet growing up (discount the dogs that my grandma keeps to guard the house .. and maybe the fishes). I have never really seen my dad around animals. This is truly the first. What a great way to start the year. Great Thai food, Great conversations & chatter and Wonderful company. Happy 2012!

{ Personal } It's Christmas!

Spent a wonderful Christmas with my good friends last Sunday. We had dinner at my place. No one cooked (really), I made some salad, B made some hors d'oeuvre and of cos we stocked up our fridge with drinks and alcohol! The Christmas tree was all decorated with presents stacked beneath. We had a Christmas wreath that were blinking with lights too! Check out all the photos below.

{ Personal } Christmas Party Preparation

It's Christmas this Sunday and I have got some friends coming over my place for a small party. B & I have been busy with stocking up our fridge with drinks, alcohol and chocolates! We also went grocery shopping today to get some fruits & snacks. I am making a fruit salad while B will try his hands on making some hors d'oeuvre (sausage franks + cucumbers, cherry tomatoes + cheese).

We have also setup our Christmas tree, wrapped our presents for our guests and cleaned the house. I bought the final present today. :)

Can't wait for Sunday... Oh, we are also watching Wicked the Musical on Saturday too. :) Looking forward to that too. Been a while since I watched a musical.

I went shopping with my good friend EP yesterday as she has just completed her exams. I stopped on my tracks when I saw the beautiful window display of the Bottega Veneta shop at Ion. Guess what are the "white bags" on display?.... *drum roll* They are actually candles! Can you believe it?! If you take a closer look, you can actually see the wicks. :) Awesome design!

Custom made this necklace for one of my good friend, Jac. The necklace is actually for ... wait... Sam, her cat! Yes, how adorable is it to make a Hello Kitty necklace for a real Cat! Jac's cat is called Sam. He is an Aquarius, thus the Hello Kitty Aquarius charm from my Hello Kitty Zodiac collection. I shortened the chain and used a much thicker chain for Sam. Can't wait for them to receive it!

Okay. I am not a self-professed geek but I got hooked onto watching StarTrek (NG only) because B loves the star trek series and introduced me to it. After a few series into the show, I found that STNG is not just some geeky sci-fi series with lasers and gadgets but one with character growth, story lines, politics and themes that resonates with current affairs. That intrigued me. Since then, I have watched Star Gate (SG1), Sanctuary, Alpha, Warehouse, Eureka.. all things to do with the abnormals and unexpected. { Personal } Reflection

It's Sunday. I missed church and cell today. Just 3 hours from my mum's birthday dinner, I am sitting in front of my laptop reading and checking out new blogs. I am envious of those blogs where the bloggers seems to be able to write and type out their experience so easily (not just pure ranting but in a way that made readers intrigue and interested). Maybe my heart is just not at the right place... something to think about.

Black Friday has been a great day with sales "pouring" in. I love packaging my orders and sending them off to the post. To me that is the best part of the process. (Photographing the items is the worst part of the process for me. Not something that I enjoy." Customer service is also one that I really enjoy. I love conversing with potential customers or even just Etsians who will drop me a convo clarifying about the items. I always find it a treat if I can help a customer make their decision between items to purchase especially if it is for a friend or love ones. The experience is gratifying. Definitely more so than making the item itself!

Here's what I go through....

Sourcing Materials (enjoy - cos that's shopping)
Constructing an idea and making the item (enjoy - cos it involves thinking, reading & making)
Taking photos of the completed pieces (boo - hate that. I always end up with a fix set of positions.)
Editing photos (ok boo - it doesn't take too long but not enjoyable)
Listing items on the shop (ok boo - I often take a while to think of a new name and what to write in the description.)
Promoting the items on FB/Twitter (ok boo - doesn't really take that long)
Receiving an order / receiving a convo (hurray! - love that feeling)
Packaging the order (hurray! - love picking out the little tapes, brads and other stationery in making the package complete.)
Off to the post office (enjoy - although my hubby does that for me these day.)
Informing customers of posted items (enjoy - a sigh of relief.)

That's my life outside my day job :) . Of cos, there are others like planning ahead of places to market my items and the promotion to run.. what's your process like and what's your favorite part of it?

I have been really busy at work this week, fell sick on Thursday with a really bad migraine / headache. I thought it might be due to the way I sleep (flat pillow) but I think it might be due to a lack of sleep. I work in a bank during the day and after work, I come back and work on my Etsy shop. It has been a great week at the shop with the Black Friday and coming Cyber Monday. Still I managed to pick out some of the items that I adore this week.

Started a fun project today. I plotted round the globe (world map) with little red stars where my customers came from based on my 2011 sales. I had a great time guessing the US states based in their initials. I am not great with geography but here's where we are now.. I will keep this going till the end of the year and do a final plot.

I have a recent case of Blue Fever. Bought 3 blue jackets (same cobalt blue shade but with different lining). They seem to be the coolest shade around and I look really good in them especially with jeans which I only get to wear on Fridays to work or over the weekends. B always calls them my Friday Jackets.

Spent the day with B celebrating his birthday. We started with an awesome breakfast at Wild Honey (although there was a sudden power shortage!), followed by a Tin Tin Movie (loved the comics version better.) Also spent some time browsing at Kino (last surviving bookshop chain in Singapore). B got some books for his birthday and I bought some tissue wrapping paper for my Etsy Shop (I am crazy over packaging and these were on SALE!). Oh! We also got new swimming gears. Ah.. Love to go downtown on a weekday. (although there are many teens out and about today, don't they have to go to school? *sulk*)

Great to be out of the office given the recent low mood but also I get to spend some quality time with B. Yesterday, our department went through another round of exits. This is the 3rd round this year (or should I say these 2 months). Though the boss has reassured that this will be the last round this year. Many staff are concerned and worried. Morale is not great. Being responsible for people engagement for the department, I found it hard to bring myself to brainstorm for Year End celebration ideas with the current exercise. Will also be losing a staff end of the year. While I am pretty much prepared my heart and team for the new changes. It is still a sad situation to lose a staff. Hope the economy will change for the better soon.

Tiny Tiramisu @ Jones the Grocer

Had a really lazy Sunday today. Missed church. Went down to Paper Market @ City Hall and bought some packaging materials for the shop (some pretty brads & Christmas rub-ons). I also managed to buy some macarons from Canele (Yums!). Then we drove down to Cineleisure (B missed the Ion carpark entrance again) and checked out some of the fashion shops. One of my favorite vintage lifestyle shop has closed down. Somehow these shops do not last long in Singapore due to expensive rental. Stopped by at Jones the Grocer @ Mandarin Gallery for a quick coffee & tiramisu. Look at how "big" the dessert were for the 2 of us.. Absolutely tiny. The only thing cute was the cup. Visited another stationery shop, Woodswood. Totally love the place, I never get tired of just checking out each and every new item they have. If only we have more shops like these in Singapore (and survived long enough). Ended dinner at Xin Wang @ Cineleisure. I am so hooked on the dry noodles.. 2nd time there this week. (so not good for me)

Great shoes (top : tiny rhinestone at the back, below : lace black shoes but the ones I got are covered) that I got from Heatwave for the past 2 days of leave. One thing I love about Singapore is the fact that I can get affordable work shoes. I bought another 2 pairs + 1 jacket from bysi + 1 jacket from dressy dressy + 1 dress from taka. It may look alot but they are all for work. Great retail therapy.

I love the rain. The sound of the pitter patter. The smell of the rain as they fall and hit the window panes.

One of my first fond memories of the rain is having tea with my best friday at TGIF glass house (which has since closed) and watching the rain hit against the glass house and passer-by rush along with their umbrellas. Another memory was when I was still studying in Melbourne. Love smelling and hearing the rain fall as I peer through my bedroom window. It was a welcome distraction from my mugging for my exams.

With these precious memories, I created a collection called "Raindrops Keep Falling" (Title came from a song that my younger brother used to play on the piano when we were little). It is a collection of necklaces and earrings with raindrop falling from clouds in matte silver or matte 14k gold.

These are the new earrings that I made with the vintage Czech glass beads that I found during one of my beads hunts. I made 3 pairs of earrings; each with a different mix of the citrus hues. I love the bright citrus colors as well as the unique twirl design of the glass beads. As you can see some of the beads are opaque in color and some has a tinge of translucent. Not one bead is exactly the same as the other.

It's been a long time since I post any entry on my blog. OMG it is more than a year. The truth is that I deliberately took time off and wanted to stop writing my blog as I was conflicted about using it to share my jewelry creations and using it to share the things that I love.

April is a season of Cherry Blossoms especially so in Japan. It is a such a big festival that people often take long lunches just to enjoy the beautiful view at the park under the Cherry Blossom trees.

It's been so long since I had a good long break... (ok..I know I just took leave during my birthday but it's different! :p ) This week has been awfully quiet (at work) I guess most people took leave to fully utilise the long weekend. I had nothing plan this weekend, just to stay home, chill, shop and probably house cleaning. :) How about you?

Brunch with the horses
Had a wonderful brunch at the Riders Cafe which is next to a stable of horses and a horse riding school. It's just so serene and peaceful having my crabmeat vin blanc pasta and watching the horse trotting by. I was with my hubby of cos. You may be surprised but this is a rare sight in Singapore to find a place like this.
Presents from my Sister (down under)
I just received 6 books (hurray!) from my sister who's in Sydney. I love her to bits. These books just made my day!

Movies - Dvds Galore

I bought 3 DVDs (1 blu-ray, 2 normal DVD) this weekend. I have watched these shows before but I think I will watch them again, thus I purchased the DVDs to keep as a memento or when friends come over.

Here's what I bought

Clash of the Titans (1981)
- I watched this during my uni days in Australia (borrowed it from the school library) during one of the winter nights. I thought it was really funny watching the "technology" of those times and how much we have improved now. There is a coming re-make of this movie soon, thus it is just fitting that I watched the original one again.
Labyrinth (1986)
- This is MY FAVORITE movie of all time. I love love love (repeat this 1million times) this so much. I remember watching this when I was a kid under the recommendation of my art teacher in our pursuit of creativity. I "fell in love" with David Bowie in the show.. hahaha :) I still love Bowie.. but not as much these days.. The show is great. Love it.. I still love to watch it again and again. Alot more creativity and twist than the recent Alice in Wonderland I must say.
The Devil Wears Prada (2006)
- Okay. I bought this for the fashion mainly.. humor & Meryl Streep. It is one of the shows and I would have it on the TV when I organise a all-girls get together at my place.

Treasury - Spice Up Your Life

It's been a while since any of my items got featured in a Treasury. It is always an honor and an AWESOME feeling to be included! I feel so much loved when that happens. This time, my Chupa Chups Lollipop necklace was featured (the purple grape one). It makes its mark on the Main Treasury called "Spice Up Your Life" by flapperdoodle. It is a collection of all 90s favorites e.g. Spice girls... :)

- These shoes are so Yummy! They reminded me of Dorothy's Red Shoes from Wizard of Oz. Er.. It's red right? .. But sob! :( Why is it in size 8?! I am a 5.. way off. It's really pretty and glittery, nevertheless.

- This is SO SO sexy! I would wear this in a heartbeat. I love the open back. Great for girls night out partying.

- Lastly my cute retro lollipop necklace. Seriously, I think the purple color is alot nicer in real life as compared to my photos. I think the necklace is totally adorable. My favorite is the green one. :)

Ever gotten confused about the length when buying necklaces online?

Here's a useful guide.

Collar - Length 12" - 14"
Three or more strands of beads which lie snuggly on the middle of the necklace. They compliment boat neck, V-neck and off-the shoulder clothing.
Choker- Length 14" - 16"
Compliments any neckline and can be worn with formal and casual clothing. This is a good necklace length for a child.
Princess - Length 17" - 19"
Suited with high and plunging neckline clothing. Perfect length to support a pendant.
Matinee - Length 20" - 25"
Ideal with casual or business attire. Also suited to long sundresses and formal gowns. The extra length gives the wearer a sense of luxury and confidence.
Opera - Length 26" - 36"
Worn as a single strand or doubled to create a choker. It can also be knotted. Perfect for high or crew necklines also.
Rope - Length 37" or longer
Elegant and sexy. Can be knotted, doubled over and even slung over the shoulder. Clasps can be strategically placed to allow the necklace to be broken down into shorter length necklace and even bracelets.
Lariat - Length 48" or longer
This is not joined at the ends but tied in a knot or wrapped around the neck.

Kabuki Kitties

I recently read up about Kabuki.

Kabuki (歌舞伎 kabuki) is the highly stylized classical Japanese dance-drama. Kabuki theatre is known for the stylization of its drama and for the elaborate make-up worn by some of its performers. The individual kanji characters, from left to right, mean sing (歌), dance (舞), and skill (伎). Kabuki is therefore sometimes translated as "the art of singing and dancing." These are, however, ateji characters which do not reflect actual etymology. The kanji of 'skill', however, generally refers to a performer in kabuki theatre. Since the word kabuki is believed to derive from the verb kabuku, meaning "to lean" or "to be out of the ordinary", kabuki can be interpreted as "avant-garde" or "bizarre" theatre.^[1] The expression kabukimono (歌舞伎者) referred originally to those who were bizarrely dressed and swaggered on a street.

Thus I was so thrilled when I found these Kabuki hello kitty charms (authentic Sanrio ones!) and made them into necklaces. I love hello kitties especially the specially made ones that pays homage to history and culture.

I recently got hooked onto Farmville & World Cafe on Facebook. I am on it EVERYDAY. I plan my schedule around my crops, harvest and dishes! I think it's really bad. I should get off it soon. I think it's affecting my shop and lack of sleep. :(

I went to watch Alice in Wonderland just yesterday with my hubby. I blogged about it last week. I was so excited about the movie as well as the Mad Hatter tea party that we were going to have. The tea was great. Although it was difficult trying to find my fork and eat my cakes in the dark (lol!).

On the movie though, I was really disappointed. :( I guess I expected more twist in the story. I was too straightforward for me and it was too short. Overall I felt that the Alice in Wonderland version that the Syfy took was ALOT better.

Sigh...

I was so thrilled when a buyer told me that she found my shop from the awesome site / blog! The blog post was regarding a selection of bee related jewelry. I love all the pieces selected. One of which is my "I LOVE Goth-loli Kitty Necklace". Can you spot it?!

I didn't even know that bees were hot this year! :P

Have you ever had a sale that was "triggered" or "referred" by a blog feature?! For me, it's my 2nd time. Both times, the blog feature wasn't deliberate i.e. I didn't pay or ask the author to feature my work.

Sorry for not updating the blog world for quite a bit. I have been a bit tied up at work (day job). But I was really happy today. I listed something this morning and it was SOLD by lunch! :) *happy*.

It's my Peek-A-Boo Rabbit necklace. I think bunnies are going to be HOT this year. Probably due to the coming Alice in Wonderland movie (to be released early March). I can't wait for that movie to be out. Till then, big look out for more rabbits, bunnies & hares ... esp the white ones.. keke :)

It's Sunday and I went shopping with a fellow crafter & friend from Hong Kong! Charmaine was dropping by Singapore on her way back home. We had a great time checking out the supplies shop and stationary / packaging shops.

I got this cute mug. Ain't it sweet? I can't wait to use it. I love the cute red riding hood character. Reminds me of my Red Riding Hood necklace.

Tagged!! - 10 of my Favorite Things

I was tagged by Nicole sometime ago to do a blog post about 10 of my Favorite things. So here goes, not in any order!

Macaroons - I simply LOVE LOVE them. So light & tasty treats. The really good ones are quite expensive in Singapore. Nevertheless, I can never control myself to get some every time I walk pass a Macaroons / Pastry shop. My favorite flavor is Hazelnuts!
Souffle - This is another French dessert that I simply must have if it is ever on the menu. I recall visiting a restaurant in Paris which specializes in Souffles. They have the savory ones which we do not get in Singapore.
Sex & the City - Even though the TV series has stopped running and the movie is out. I still love the show and somehow you never get tired of watching them over and over again. Even if it is just to check out the fashion, bags & shoes. :)
God - HE is my everything and without him, nothing around me would matter and anything is possible with Him by my side.
My Hubby & Family - He is my life partner and best friend. He makes me laugh & giggle like a little girl. We share everything (almost) and I thank #4 for making him mine. Family (mum, dad, in laws, siblings) is always something close to my heart.
Pigs - Love them since I was little. I think they are just adorable whether they are babies or adults. Thus my shop name I guess.
Moscato or Ice Wine - My favorite drink. I can drink this all night long...
Music - I am always humming a tune, whether I am walking along the street or having a shower. I love music of all genres but rock, alternative, punk, jazz, house & chill are some of my favorite.
My bed - The place that I spend at least 7 hours in. Got a nice king size one that is simply divine.
My Car - I don't owe a very fancy car (I drive a Toyota Altis) but I simply can't live without having one after driving for so many years. Even though Singapore is a small country. The convenience is something that I have gotten used to and taken for granted sometimes :P Although now I have to share it with my hubby.. kekek :)

Not sure how many of mine are also your favorites.. but do share yours.

Lollipops

It's been a long time since I suck on a lollipop. I remembered that it was always a treat to buy a Chupa Chups from the lollipop stand near the cashiers. The lollipops were wrapped with brightly yellow & red colors.

So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I found these charms! They are so brightly colored and adorably cute! They are Chupa Chups licensed merchandise charms (not some cheap fake goods). I only managed to grab 8 and I am keeping 1 (or maybe 2) for myself!

Available in yellow, orange, blue, purple, clear & pink colors. I will list them progressively.. Do check them out!

Unclaimed Items

Overall my years of selling online, I sometimes come across "unclaimed" parcels that were returned back to me. Most of them were returned because they were left in the post office "unclaimed".

My next steps are usually to inform the buyers that their purchased item was returned back to me and if they require them to be resent, additional postage costs will be required. Most of the customers will reply and I will resend the item.

However, there are some that DO NOT reply, and I end up stuck with these items.

What should I do with them?
Should I resell them?
How long should I wait before I "resell" these items again?
Have you experienced this before? What would you do?

I wanted to blog something happy initially as I finally got over my Monday blues. But something happened to me today that compel me to blog and get some feedback from my blog friends.

Have you ever gotten to ANGRY with a customer that you REFUSE to do business with them?

For me... YES I have gotten angry with some customers but to the point of not ever doing business with me, NO. I think customer service is very important personally and no matter how angry we may be due to unreasonable or ridiculous customer, it still pays to be polite and objective. I tend to "play the ball not the man".

What happened you might ask?
I was asked by a friend to inquire about an item from this seller. My friend told me that this seller has not been responsive to her so things might be different if I was the one asking since I am a fellow crafter and I have not conversed with this seller before etc.

Anyway, things went on great and I was going to purchase 2 items, 1 for my friend and the other myself (yes I was tempted to get something for myself). As my friend wanted to pay via another mode of payment, I thought it may be more convenient if there were 2 listings and my friend can just purchase it herself. After that last convo, I got a reply asking me to tell my friend to refrain from contacting them any more whether it was via her directly or proxy.

I just came back from my primary school (from age 7 - 12) friend's wedding dinner. The dinner was delish. The menu was not the usual Chinese dinner (8 / 9 course of auspicious Chinese meals including shark fins, mushrooms, fish, noodles). Instead if was a variety of local (Singaporean) cuisines.

2010 - A New Beginning

It's 2010! The new year dawns a new beginning for Piggy's Little Shop. I was just deep in thoughts in the cab on the way back home today from a hard day's work. What do I need to do more for my shop in 2010? Here's what I have come up with...

Planning - More planning definitely required this year... past year has been more impromptu.
Blog - Definitely blog more and setup a consistent and structured schedule (e.g. giveaways & finds)
Marketing - explore other channels of marketing (e.g. cross & blogs) and come up with a marketing plan (campaigns & launches) by month.
Consistent - revamp my name cards, banners, avatar, photos to have a consistent look.

Looking back 2009 has been a great year. I met my KPI for the year in terms of sales, setup my monthly newsletter and birthday promotions and did more research for the shop. Overall, I am happy with my progress and I am excited to kick start the new year.

It's almost the end of the year. 2009 has been a great year for me in terms of my Etsy shop as well as my day job. It was also a great year for my family. Looking back, I decided to do a tabulation of the top 3 best selling items in my shop.

#3 - Cute Birds in Chains. Earrings

This pair of earrings was a surprise for me as I thought the big hook ones will sell better. I love chain earrings and will definitely make more in the new year. Birds have been one of the hot items in 2009. Status: Available in brass, silver or gold.

#2 - Little Robot Love. Necklace

I love this little robot. There is some geeky-ness in this cute little thing that is just perfect for girls like me who loves computers and is in the technology industry. Status: Sold Out.

And... the #1 is...
#1 - Hedgehog. Necklace

This does not come as a surprise for me as who doesn't love hedgehogs?! They are simply adorable animals that are curls but feisty when provoked. Hmm.. doesn't that sound like some people we know (ourselves)? :) Status: Available with Limited Stock.

Treasury - Mystery of the Black Lace

It's been a long time since any of my items have been selected to be part of a treasury. Thus I am so thrilled to get a convo from VintageLegacyStudio telling me that my Black Lace Drop earrings have been included in her "Mystery of the Black Lace" treasury. The treasury features a collection of items that uses black laces or have intricate designs similar to black lace.

This necklace is BEAUTIFUL! I never knew crochet items can be so elegant and chic. I used to associate crochet with grannies.. but never again after stumbling upon this beauty.

These earrings are so chic. I love the use of black lace (something so vintage, traditional) paired with something so modern and chic for everyday wear.
Vintage Black Lace Drops by Me
Last but not least.. my very own Vintage Black Lace Drops. These earrings are always with me whenever I wear something Black (which is most of the time). I love them as the intricate lace designs are engraved onto a clear acrylic background. Beautiful earrings that will last a lifetime.

NEW Collection - RAINBOW DROPS

Here's a sneak peak into my new collection for October... It's called RAINBOW DROPS. The collection features a series of earrings made from acrylic flower beads with Swarovski pearls available in black, clear and rainbow colors. Watch out for the necklaces in the next feature.

Missed featuring it in the last newsletter as I was waiting for the full set of supplies to arrival.. Nevertheless, here they are.. Hope you'll love them..

Ps : The results from my Newsletter (see Mailchimp) was ENCOURAGING! About 2/5 of recipients opened the newsletter. However I got 2 SALES from my previous customers which was great 'cos it implies that they have read the newsletter and purchase from me again!

It's here! I just did up a VERY first official newsletter for my Etsy Shop! And it's FREE. I did it via Mailchimp. It's really easy to use and there are lots of help via easy to understand videos etc.

It has been a very fulfilling week as I have been quite busy with the shop. I just signed up a new ad contract with a local magazine "Chic" for 6 issues. Here's the ad that they have done up for me for FREE! Superb don't you think? The first issue will be out late Oct. *cross my fingers that it will all go well*

Noticed recently that there are quite a number of sellers who named their jewelry after a person's name. Sometimes there is a correlation between the product and its name but sometimes it doesn't or not explained. Do you think it's more personal to own a piece of jewelry with a name? Does it add to its personality?

I recently just named my very first pair of earrings... Her name is Alice.

Lockets.. they are everywhere... Have you noticed? I think they are so hot right now. I love the brass ones best. I think lockets have a very intriguing charm as they are meant to keep photos of your loved ones like secrets.

WooHoo! I made it to Etsy Frontpage this weekend (Saturday). I was really thrilled to find out that I have made some sales during my short holiday break to Hong Kong... And totally excited to know that it was due to the FrontPage feature by Etsy of my Owl Necklace. Here's the "frontpage" that my item was featured.

My I Love OWL necklace has been one of my best sellers. It features a cute sterling silver owl charm where it's solid (3D) and its wings can be flapped :D

I was introduced this little cute thing from my friends recently. They are the most brilliant invention to date.

Do you always have the problem of keeping your fringe / hair out of your face when washing it or putting on makeup? What do you use? Headband? or Just tie your hair up?

Now... Try this... Dariya Hair Magic Sheets. It is a little sheet with micro hooks (looks like Velcro) that sticks to your hair and prevents them from falling! How cool is that! Every pack comes in 2 pieces and there are 3 colors to choose from. There are pink, black & blue. I was really tempted to buy the black ones bute my friends discourage me from it cos they have experienced where they walk out of the house with those patches on without knowing!.. lol! :)

I have always been a fan of Emily Martin (aka Black Apple) but just have not got round to getting anything from her shop. Finally, I found these great postcard samplers which makes the perfect addition to my postcard collection!. I bought The Ordinary Forest and Milkland postcard samplers. I love the milkland designs and colors (pastel grey/green and dusty pink colors.) The doll-like drawings are intriguing and interesting.
Lil Wee Pals from lilweepals
These little wee pals are so delicate and cute. I love the shyness of these little creatures. I can't wait to have them donning my bookshelf! Taking advantaging of the free shipping promotions, I bought 3 of them! They are Butterfly Kisses, Lucky ladybug (pictured) and Bless this Home.
